SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Exact shipping costs will be calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.  

Our standard dispatch timeframes are between 2 - 5 working days for Australia. Please note that this period may be extended during statutory holidays and over the Christmas/New Year period.

International orders may attract local customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country. These taxes/duties are required to be paid by the purchaser and are not the responsibility of Tru Niagen. No refunds will be issued for orders where tax/duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please check with your local customs agency regarding the tax/duty likely to be charged prior to ordering.

Shipping rates

We offer free standard delivery within Australia and New Zealand on all orders over $100.

For Australian and NZ-based orders under $100, postage is a flat fee of $10.

Expedited shipping is available with Australia for an additional $5.

Rest of world shipping is $45 AUD.

AUTO-SHIP

For more savings and convenience, you can have your Tru Niagen auto-shipped to you on a monthly, three or six monthly basis.

Auto-ship pricing is subject to change at any time and at Tru Niagen’s sole discretion.

We have the right to suspend and/or cancel a recurring auto-ship order, if we believe (in our sole discretion), that the customer does not genuinely intend to participate in the auto-ship programme (i.e. the customer is purchasing with the intention of it being a one-time purchase).

Please note that once payment is processed for a recurring order, we are unable to cancel the order due to the shipping process having already begun.
