Tru Niagen
We have been on 300mg of Tru Niagen for almost 2 months now. Being around our late 50's & early 60's, we have noticed a difference in the physical activity & good focus & skin softness.... This is also supported by 500mg of NMN too on a daily basis. I have noticed a loss of appetite in both of us!?
Initially there was no effect but after about 6 weeks my sleep improved. Furthermore I have been napping during the day less. This is significant as I suffer from Parkinson's.

I’ve been taking NR for years now. I take two every day, since the research seems to indicate that that is the optimal daily amount. So it would be good, if possible, to have a product that doubles the dose per capsule.
